• Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) status. It adds credibility in front of firms like PwC, and Microsoft may require it for branded delivery.
• The audience is senior consultants, so instructors need real engagement war stories as well as product depth.
• Capacity: instructor-days per cohort × planned cohorts per quarter decides hiring needs (^q-014).
